At Rockview, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.

2. Ship the item back—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Inspection & Refund – Once received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (shipping costs are non-refundable).

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
